The model of Proactive Ethics demonstrates that we all mature in our ethical stance by seeing others' actions and questioning our own values in relation to those actions.

Let's help each other grow.

Tell us your SWiM™ story. Successful or not. Glamorous or not. We want to hear the real life ethical dilemmas you encounter.

A few ethical (and practical) guidelines:

1. Register (confidentially) with your real name, company, e-mail, etc. Please indicate if SWiM™ can contact you about further details, for permission to use the story in a different section, etc.
   
2. Please use real situations.
   
3. Please disguise all names.
   
4. Try to be concise - people tend to stop reading if it gets too wordy.
   
5. Try to draw a lesson out for the reader - a "how-to" or "how-not-to;" a recognition of emerging trends; good resources for dealing with the particular issue; etc.
