A colleague sends you an email with a joke you find offensive. Do you tell him, your supervisor, or no one? You plan to renew your driver's license over lunch but a call comes in and you work through lunch. Is it OK to use your office computer to renew online later that day? Business ethics are difficult in a changing world. SWiM® can help you successfully navigate un-charted waters.

 

1. Start with a Personal Ethics Audit - the SWiM® Physical for Individuals
   A personal ethics audit will help you evaluate examine your own ethics - how your actions match your behavior.
   
   
2. Develop an Updated Moral Compass
   Together with SWiM® publications and a SWiM® Coach we'll help you be more planful in your approach to ethics and help you develop a personal gauge to help you make quick decisions that fall in line with your personal code of ethics. We'll also equip you to thoughtfully consider larger actions and more controversial actions so that you will be at peace with your decisions.

SWiM® Coaching

Even with the best of intentions, putting values into action is difficult. A Coach will guide you through a process of articulating your values, expressing them in real-time, real-situations, and setting goals for personal and corporate action. Your Coach will help you choose resources that will keep you on track personally, and that will help you be an effective agent for ethics change in your organization.

 

Coaching can be conducted over the phone, one-on-one, in a team setting or with top management and boards of directors. Coaching fees start at as little as $750 for six sessions of phone coaching. Fees for on-site coaching will be negotiated based on purpose, activities and deliverables.

 

SWiM® Lessons

While most organizations have training around ethics compliance, very few equip employees and management to articulate and live their values in real-life situations. Lessons is a customizable training program built on a base of solid and practical ethics material. Beginning in the shallow end and SWiM®ming deeper as the lessons progress, participants are taught skills, knowledge and attitudes to prepare them to meet any ethical dilemma in a mature, measured manner.
