Here’s how you can get your workplace involved:

 

Be an example. Download and use the SWiM™ Physical for Individuals. Bring your SWiM™ Exercise Guide (ethics action planner) into work and talk about projects people might want to tackle. (They can each download their own copy, too)!

 

A little light reading at a staff meeting. Browse through the articles at About Purpose (under Ethics) and find one that will generate discussion in your next staff meeting.

 

People don’t like to read? Download the audio messages from the same spot or the 50-second messages from the Audio SWiM™ Program.

 

Start a SWiM™ Team. Tell your supervisor you are interested in learning about the company’s formal position on ethics. Ask if you can form a team to look at the practical application of ethics in everyday life. (SWiM™ Coaches can help you get started.)

Suggest a company-wide ethics audit. Talk to your HR department or supervisor and send a link to the SWiM™ Physical for Organizations. Remind them that this IS NOT about compliance, but rather the practical application of the values of the company.
