About Purpose is about your purpose.
Aim:
Identify and articulate your purpose.

Shape yourself around your purpose.
Act:
Achieve your purpose.
SWiM® was born as part of a vision - a vision of a marketplace that encourages and lives ethics.
We see thousands of men and women taking back the marketplace from
the immoral, unethical practices that seem to be so prevalent.
We see people taking responsibility for their own actions rather than
blaming others.
We see people willing to act, rather than complain.
We see businesses discovering the bottom line value of ethical practices.
We see communities thriving in partnership with ethical businesses.
We see students and teachers at all levels accepting their role to
shape the morality of society.
We see it all Starting With Me.
SWiM® is a program of About Purpose, Inc.

Bob is a dedicated Christian. Why is it important that you know that? This whole site is about ethics - the choice of principles on which to base our behavior. Knowing that he relies on biblical principles helps others understand where he is coming from. Not that others need to agree, but understanding is the base for dialogue. He invites all to dialogue on the SWiM® blog focusing on practical ethics.
